How a file unzips with an Ego folder:-

Poser folder

...................Ego Folder

.........................Ego Runtime

...................Real Runtime

 

As you can see, the above would not work. Poser would not find the files.

It's not hard to go inside of the Ego folder, select the first file, hold down the Shift key and click on the last folder, Right mouse button, use the zip option.

 

This way, you still get the name of the Ego folder, but.... The files unzip to the correct runtime.
