Thanks for the tutorial......that's Valles Marineris......I can hardly wait to fly through it!

I went back into 3DEM and changed & re-sized the area as you did.....then saved the
USGS ASCII DEM, and imported to VUE......and here's the result.....

Interesting but not like yours(?)  I don't have a clue what's wrong.....there aren't that many options.  

I need more time to work on it, but can't till later.
