Indeed and I'm pretty sure most archivers have something similar. Another advantage of named folders, is that I can unzip two or three items to my temp folder and have them separate while I inspect them. Given the number of people who have seen an advantage in not direct installing, I think the bulk of any frustration and extra time spent may fall on the smaller number in this case. Either way, the burden hardly seems debilitating enough to justify mandates and declarations for or against. I'd just scream into my pillow and get on with life.
