Save out an obj version of your morphed V4 from poser. Put it on the desktop or somewhere you can keep track of. DO NOT SAVE IT TO THE DAZ GEOMETRIES FOLDER WHERE V4 BASE EXISTS.
DO NOT SAVE IT AS A MORPH.
This acts as your "tailor" dummy in zbrush.
now, send the dress to a fresh instance of zbrush (no other tools loaded) using goZ.
Once the dress is inside zbrush, load another tool onto the canvas, making the dress an inactive tool (use the star, it's easiest).
With the star as your active ztool, import a copy of your morphed V4 directly into the star. It will either replace the star or just append morphed V4 obj as a new subtool.
Select V4 in the subtools menu, making it the active tool.
Switch back to your dress tool.
Append V4 to the dress as a subtool. Create the morph for the dress as needed. Don't subdivide anything.
Once you have the dress morphed to where you need it, DELETE V4 from the subtools pallet.
Use GoZ again on the dress to get it back into Poser.
This method should work.
