Hello,

I tried to make a purchase today and use the mother day coupon.  Everything went along just fine but I was never taken to the Pay pal screen to acually make the payment. Now I see unpaid no shipping and no way to make the payment.  HELP.. I really don't want to miss this coupon..

Hello, 

     It appears you had choosen to pay via cash/check/money order and that is why your downloads are unavailable and you were never taken to the PayPal screen. 

I am able to delete this order for you so that you may change your method of payment, but I am unfortunately unable to change this payment method and keep this order. :(

I am emailing the email address we have on file with the items that were included in this order so that you won't have to find them again.

That explains it.  I feel stupid now.. Thank you for your help!

One more thing would I still be able to use the mother's day coupon?

I just checked again after work and I don't see anything from you.  What email address would it come from?

I did check my spam folder as well.
