I've never used it on props, but it does what you want very well on conforming clothing. It runs ouside of Poser (Windows program, but it runs in OS X under Winebottler) You point it to a saved cr2 containing the morph you need added, select the morphs, select the clothing item and it transfers it in a few seconds. It will generate a cr2 with the morphs added, or it can create a pmd injection for the clothing item to inject the morphs; I usually choose the latter when using existing clothing.
I believe D3D also sells it at CP, which has a 30-day return policy...
