Quote - It's going to be the most obvious in a low resolution image. But even in a high resolution image if you zoom to in you will see it's squared off around the pixel.

 

Thanks for the tip...  I'm having a feeling that's the problem...   I'll have to figure out how to boost the size of my UV mapp that I'm working on.
