Hi Chris, Here is another look, This time Home 6 and the start of 7 to the left of it and a little of Home 5 to the right. These are just mock materials in 3DS Max. The method I am using in poser is to use a grey scale siding for example and stain it so if you don't like the color simply change the diffuse color to one that you like. Mostly for the siding and maybe a roof here and there. I am all about giving options where possible, with out going insane. :-)
