I have tried to enter both the serial numbers for Poser 4 and Pro Pack. It accepted the Poser 4 Serial number but rejected my Pro Pack serial number as invalid. Can some one tell me who to contact about this. I purchased Pro Pack direct from Curious Labs and the rejection really bothers me! Thanks Mike
