Yes.  I have put mine on a cloud drive but will also make a DVD too.  I just took my 2012 runtime folder and copied it into the new one and instead of overwriting anything I said no do not copy.  That way all my shaders and anything else I may have forgotten about copied over.  I think I can safely uninstall 2012 now :).
