Is there any rule against shooting the vendor a message and asking for a full nude picture if it's not supplied in the promo ?

Nope, no rule at all, and most vendors would probably send one.

If I have a problem with something, I send a pm to the vendor to double check.

Sometimes it does not say you can use certain things for freebies, so as I make freebies, I double check.
