I don't use GoZ that much, but I know that the GoZ obect is saved to a folder. Last time I checked, you couldn't put this GoZ folder on any drive but the C. I think you could locate the GoZ folder and manually transfer the Goz object to another machine, but I'm not sure what you would need to do to import it in Poser. In Zbrush, you can just click on the file and it will load.
