So I gather.  It appears to a venture by some former DAZ employees.  Steve Kondris and Chris Creek's names have been mentioned...

Makes you wonder how many DAZ employees were forced out after the merger and management changeover.

Seems DAZ as company has learned nothing from it's own history.  DAZ broke away from Zygote when Zygote wanted to move way from Poser content creation. 

History does tend to reap itself.
