Well, "removed for review" suggests they are considering letting it stay (perhaps moved to the freebie forum, if it wasn't posted there?).

My guess is they haven't yet decided how to deal with this (looks like several prominant DAZ PA's have thrown in with HiveWire3D, so you can't blame them for seeing it as a bit of a threat).
