It's Dawn out of the box.  (Well, with her eyelashes dialed super-long.)  The skin texture comes with her, and is a merchant resource.   I assume the bikini and the hair are also the ones that come free with the base figure.  So, no painted on bikini...or if there is one, it's removable.

It's kind of funny.  A lot of people who didn't want to have anything to do with DAZ Studio are now interested in learning it...so they can support Dawn's DS incarnation as well her Poser version.  (Though there is no requirement that people do this - if you want to support just one or the other, that's fine.)
