Thank you for the reply. I am reading it has something to do with the Bitrock installer that may be causing the problem with my machine. Can't find a workaround or I just don't understand how to help my Tech fix it. Will make notes and give him a call. 

Yes calling from the states to England would take up some major pocket money.
