I believe I found something for Daz Studio users:

AmakawaWaka's Keith Hair. It is an anime style male hair, but the URL for the webpage is in Japanese.  

If I put it as a link here, it becomes one long string of gibberish which extends the forum page a long way sideways.  

So instead, try this: http://create3d.giren.net/w/ then click on the 4th box to the right of the Victoria6 box under the title.  The link opens a webpage with 4 freebies by the author, and you want the one that looks like a hair mesh.
