Quote - It's usually evident after the fact, but Renderosity is a place which doesn't allow after-the-fact post editing or deletion.    If you can't "check yourself" in the moment, you can end up being stuck with a post you regret.  Which is largely why my posting history is full of dodgy material.    If I clamp down and try to be sure I'm in control all the time, I lose faith in my ability to state anything at all, and just don't have the confidence to post.

I tend to get this way sometimes and an easy fix for me is to do all my typing in notepad first, wait 5 mins, read what i've writen and only post if I still feel the same way. I find that this lets me avoid posts I will regret later on.
