Calling people lazy is a really lousy thing to do.  There could be multiple reasons why someone doesn't do this, starting with the fact that they might not know how.

So, rather than belittling people, why not provide a link to the documentation that might EXPLAIN this to folks instead of just insulting them?

None of us learn by being belittled.
