The blank CR2s were by DavidGB - there's nothing in the readme about redistribution, but I've PMed him at the new DAZ forum to ask for either permission or a link.

Failing that, it should be possible to make new ones, given time.

I'd be wary of using Morph Manager since it's so out of date, and I know it can break PMD morphs. Caveat emptor.
