And if a program-specific item is popular enough, it'll be converted by someone, I'd think.  Content creators, some anyway, do this to pay the bills.

More users, more sales, more $.  :-)

Edit:  And instead of looking at Dawn-content as a potential headache, we could look at Dawn content creation as a challenge.  Who knows...somebody  may come up with a python or the DS equivalent that'll convert clothing perfectly.
