110% correct.  Add on, if you're using one, you see an item that's interesting, click on the thumb and find it's for the other, then the obvious answer is the "BACK" button and continue looking. 

And nothing will have changed at all, because that same situation has existed since ds and Poser material setups became different.  This is not a change and most people have learned to work with it.
