My thought on that is getting the pores and pimples in the right place to match the texture is going to be a big pain in the ass unless you find a way to utilize your base texture via filters of some sort, expecially on bump where it needs to be fairly precise.. i think.  

I think procedural bump could stand to be more complex also.  I think certain areas of the skin need to have more or less bump and that the size of the bumps needs to modulate over different parts of the body.  Of course I could be talking out of my ass here.. I'm not super knowledgable about anatomy.  I just think that procedural bump looks a bit odd in close ups
