My system is custom built and it does not run like a store bought all ready made and configured system, so most installs work but every now and then some do not. I may have to get a hold of the vender and see what can be done.For now I wont purchase anything else from the vender (even though I would like the other sets) I will wait until this problem is solved or purchase the new Poser upgrade. 

 

You should have contacted the vendor in the first place.  I have found most vendors are more than willing to help.  You should not automatically blame the vendor on what is obviously an issue with your computer. As stated above, I have the very same item from this vendor and I was able to install it and use it without any issues at all.
