The original Ruru was for the DAZ3D figures Victoria 1 and 2 Lo Resolution versions, and was available at Studio Harpoon by Volt.  This website no longer exists.  Volt still retains a blog, but he seems to have replaced the Ruru old version with V4 / A4 ones: http://harpoonvolt.blog9.fc2.com/

I can't seem to locate any historical information on the Ruka character.
