Yea, the whole things is a mystery.  I cannot trace down Volt or Kurohane.  I sent some sitemail to see what happens.  I can't tell if Volt and Kurohane are the same person or not, but I think they are different.  I think Volt made Ruka2 and maybe Kurohane made addons?
