Yes, I have had this problem a lot.  I kept the warning activated so I could cancel any unintentional drag events.  I'm not sure where it can be turned back on, if it is deactivated.  If the option isn't in the menus for the library, it's probably in the user settings ini file in the Poser temp folder.  :unsure:
