Quote - DAZ divided in to DAZ & HiveWire3D.

Daz did not divide into Daz & Hivewire - the people who started Hivewire used to work for Daz and left the company some time ago.

Quote - HiveWire3D Makes up to date Poser Characters made for Poser.

Hivewire3d is just making Poser Characters.  There are separate versions of Dawn for DS and for Poser, and Hivewire itself is a company whose store will sell things for different programs
