From what I can see, there is poke through on the right breast of your figure as well, which would suggest that your figure morph isn't translating well to the dress. Ashley9803 is right. You need to make the shoes and dress a bit larger.

As far as making the panty hose appear in the preview pane, about all you can do there is mess with the settings in the material room. If you are familiar with the advanced tab, you could go in there and change either the transparancy or maybe the specular to something that will show in the preview pane.

Sub D is subdividing, something that is only available in the latest version of Poser. Poser 10 and Pro 2014 have it as an option.
