Quote - The Up/down "hand" still exhibits same error as in (at least) PP2012. It needs a double click, otherwise it moves the camera like a zoom instead of pan.

For me it only works right if you "grasp" the hand of the icon. If you "grasp" the sleeve, it works like the zoom/translate tool.

Didn't try double-clicking given I quickly discovered it needs to be taken by the hand...
