Hi Paula,

Our system is set to not show a Gift Certificate field (this is where you would normally apply your Render Rewards code) when you are purchasing a Gift Certificate.  If you remove the Gift Cert from your cart and purchase that seperately you will then be able to apply your Render Rewards code properly.

 

Try that and let me know if you have any problems.
