I think that step one should be for you to send a letter not an email to whover runs Daz and pointg out what the problems are and what the solutions might be.

An old fashioned letter bears/bares more weight than an email  in my humble opinion.

If you phrase it correctly I'll wager that they will sit up and take notice.
