Subject: How do you see how big (in feet/meters) a model is? Measure distance?

Just curious because I can't check right now, but are Fireangel's measuring tools calibrated the same as these?  I've always used the 10 foot prop when modeling, wasn't sure if I'm using the same scale as everyone else.
