Subject: Purchased a name change almost a week ago, nothing happened,

Hi 

We paid for a name change and it's been almost a week, and so far nothing has happened.  What do I have to do to follow up on this?

Somehow the person who takes care of those missed the ebot for this. We will be sure it is taken care of today for you. Sorry for the delay.

As you can see now your username is changed:) So sorry for the delay for some reason I didn't get my normal ebot to let me know there was a username needing changing:)

Thanks, now that you mention it, there was somesort of script error when I ordered it.
