I've been using it and its a great add on. In addition to finding any tri's or ngons in mesh and auto selecting them so I can easily see them and fix them; it also finds open edges (useful for when you are building a "water tight" mesh) or inward faces (I'd screwed up on a current project and had accidentally created a face on the inside of the mesh connecting opposite sides of the surface topology which would have cause problems. Mesh Lint caught it for me. So yeah, very useful.
I just had some time to kill and came across it for the first time on Blender Cookie and seemed like a worth while add on. Since I have come across issues with N-gons tris but sometimes it can be hard to seperate from tris and quads since i do some game assets that tris do come in handy but wanting to move into more things for Poser and such tris are a no no it seems so think this will help with that

Hello all
Checking out for new tips on Blender Cookie came across this add on that I had not heard of that might be of interest to the group here as a potential new tool for as the narrator of the video calls a Spellcheck for our models Mesh Lint Does seem like something worth checking out.
