I have not had any real problems with high heels except for dawns arch, which seems to not match V4's very well, and to me seem more realistic. Make sure Dawn Zero'ed and IK off before fitting.

I have had to adjust falloff zones on occasion.

You just have to be as accurate as you can when you set them up.
