Quote - It does sound like a morph transfer issue problem. Maybe it's a projection algorithm issue that's being interfered with because of the weightmaps? That's my best guess. 

If you don't get a resolution here, you might consider submitting it as a bug for Poser into Smith Micro's Mantis tech support system. 

I will file it as a bug in Mantis, but to be honest, I don't think it is a poser bug since it does not happen with other figures. The cr2 of the figure has many oddities which may cause this behaviour
