Thing is, that will completely rid you from any UAC issues with Vista/Win7. It makes a P4 style installation with a normal runtime to put things into. From thereon you can make / link to as many runtimes as you like.
No No NO! The default is the default for a reason, that reason being UAC. Only choose the traditional method if you have Poser installed outside of C:Program Files, or if you are running Windows XP....
