The Kozaburo offering is only a texture for the Michael Wedgecut. You'll have to have the DAZ hair to use it. As for resizing and repositioning, it might take a minute or two, but it's fairly easy to place it on any character you're using. It isn't really necessary to use hair on just the character it had originally been designed for. I often use the female hair on my male characters, when I want long hair on a man. Melanie
