I have reset your downloads and if you still have problems please try and contact the vendor for support. It could be that the file is too large and may need to be split into two files.
We have had this problem with some of the files and we are trying to find a common denominator so would you mind me asking which internet provider you are currently using?
Please let me know if the vendor is not able to supply you with the help you need.
