D3D's DSON Loader script can import Studio .duf files, but you need at least Poser 9 or PP-2012 with SR-3 installed and the DAZ DSON-Importer for Poser, too.

Poser 7 won't work.

Alternatively, install DAZ Studio, load the object and export as an .obj or .pp2 file.
