No solution just questions incase they help provoke ideas (no need to provide answers if you feel of no use)
When does the short cut stop working, when Daz studio is started or when you exit from it
Do you have seperate runtimes for Daz and Poser content?
What is the Poser shortcut actually pointing to?
Have you checked the drive Poser is installed on for errors recently?
Could this be caused by AV detecting a problem with the Poser exe (have you checked AV log).
