Don, it is trivial for Poser to output a DXF (although it takes a while for Poser to do the format conversion). I know how to prepare a mesh for STL, and my favorite modeler program Silo can export it, but Poser models are not even close to being suitable for STL as-is. It would take a lot of time & work to re-work all the geometry in a complex Poser scene to meet STL standards.
