I am trying to use my Rewards points. I get a message saying it is invalid or expired. Since they do not expire until Oct. 31 it should go through.

Also I am trying to use a coupon as well.

Now how do I get my reward points to be excepted for this purchase???

Please if you can get back to me quickly so I don't miss out on sales.
