I have admin rights - its my machine. 

Are you sure that's the correct path? I can't find the AppData folder. I get to "C:UsersYou" but from there the trail ends. No AppData directory. Unless you mean my documents. I can get to that from the desktop. No admin rights needed. I'm the only one that touches this machine so nothing is passworded.
