Subject: Mapping an image over a terrain

Hey guys,

I'm certain this is an easy fix, so consider me a Vue padwan.

I have a terrain with a simple material and just want to map a png image over the top. I'm creating a 3D map, and want to project gridlines that you would see on a map over the top of my terrain.

I'm using Vue 10xstream intergrated in Cinema 4D R13

Please advise

You just want the gridlines to show over the other material? If so, you need to crerate either a transparency map or an alpha map so only the grid shows. Use the Object Parametric mapping mode to get proper mapping over the terrain.
