Refering to the original titel, no other figure has ever polarized that much as Dawn. Never ever has the Poser comunity arguing that hard about a a figure.

I am not sure that people are polarized with Dawn.  According to this thread some love her and are using her, others see no real improvement and are not using her while others are sat on the fence thinking she has potential but there are some aspects lacking at this point in time.  In addition to this there are those who want a far more technically advanced figure and are either not interested or making a number of changes before using her.  That seems a real wide spread and much as I would expect at this point in time in the life of a new figure.

Any polarisation happened long before Dawn and I suspect no figure, no matter how good will change that.  Some will continue the bleat on hoping the world will be different while the rest of us get on with using the figure that is best for our needs now while keeping an eye on what might be available and what our needs might be in a future.

Really the answer to the question is that Dawn has had an impact but it varies from person to person and will never impact those who want to push their belief that the one they use is the best.

I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 -  Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB  storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU .   The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
