the critical process here is creating two or three textures with seperate photos mathing them up on the templates to create several textures then layering them to create a single texture from different photos does not matter to much if the skin tones are different blending them with an alpha channel fixes thatthe photos have to be good sharp so each layer picks up different aspects of the characters likness the morphs can be rudimentry you can have a crappy morph but if your textures carry most of the work load it wont matter as long as your morphs are basic enough to represent the character and they dont need to be dead on ringers for it to work.
