Not knowing what your going to actually use the icicles on? The eve of a roof or the limb of a tree. I would say make a total of 5 or 6 of them each shaped a little different. That will probably happen all by itself anyway. Then just resize and turn them to make up the randomness your looking for. Once you've found a good texture for them, rotate the texture on some of them in the texture editor for even a more random look. I think it should work. Good luck DM aka Nite Miner
