Okay so here arequestions for something I couldn't find in the manual:

is there a way to check or uncheck all the light emitter boxes at once? Goting through each object and unchecking the ones i don't seems a bit tedious.

 

the other is , the sadows in the lighting set I am using are a tad too light, and I can't seem to figure out how to get them to be a bit darker with out fucking up the over all lighting scheme?

I tried to look up shadows but wasn't finding what I was looking for.

Thanks I will look in to that, though I may have to wait, I was fortunate to get Poser 10 on an IOU when poser 8 stopped working as it is
